Licencee Hernandez is a very versatile individual. In the year 2020, before the start of the pandemic, he studied and graduated with honours from triOS College, Mississauga campus and then from the CDI College, North York campus; as paralegal and as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, respectively.
His prior studies were in Information Technology, at Humber College, Rexdale campus, Ontario, around 1980, and developed a 26 year career in this field, until 2006.
He managed to reach both a Group Leader and expert Systems Analyst positions before the age of the Internet and social platforms trampled the printed social expression industry - greeting, salutation, birthday cards and the like - and among its victims was his then employer. Yes, you guessed it... his employer was Hallmark Cards Canada, which closed its doors in Canada because it could no longer compete with the social networks almost free or completely free picture and text messages, most popular with the younger generations. Carlton Cards, its greatest competitor at the time, already had closed shop a few years earlier.
After finding himself unemployed he decided to start his own Spanish translation and interpretaton agency, managing to be hired by the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario (MAGO) as Spanish language Accredited Court Interpreter for the Ontario courts, as well as by several prestigious language translation and interpretation industry agencies in Toronto. Thus is how BE-CLEAR LANGUAGE SERVICES came to be and continues to score successes.
Mr. Hernandez is its proprietor as well as of GRH IMMIGRATION, CITIZENSHIP AND LEGAL SERVICES". He will always have a new project to dedicate his attention to. In fact, he himself developed this webpage, even 16 years after having left the IT industry.
Having been exposed to the provincial legal system as interpreter all these years he learned a lot from that experience, reason why he decided to participate in a more active role. Thus he decided to study to later on become a Paralegal and Notary Public in and for the Province of Ontario.
After having witnessed the Hispanic's and other non-Canadian's tribulations, in general, and especially in the courts and tribunals, simply because of their ignorance of their rights, he decided to study to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant - RCIC.
Starting in August, 2020, all Paralegals in good standing may apply to and be appointed Notary Public in and for the Province of Ontario, a lifetime appointment. Licencee Hernandez was awarded his Notary Public designation in July, 2021, and since he has been preparing to practice this noble activity, attending many professional development seminars and the like on this topic.
If you find yourself in a compromising situation and are unsure of your options or potential repercussions from a badly managed case, don't hesitate to call him to book a virtual or presencial appointment; your choice.
